I tend to wake up a million times a night or even have a hard time initially falling asleep. My 3.5 year old daughter will have me exhausted and anxious for bed time. Once she falls asleep, despite being exhausted I still find it hard to unwind and drift off. I took my sample of Zzzquil thirty minutes prior to my bedtime to give it time to work. I laid down, turned on a TV show and wouldn't you know it I fell asleep roughly 45 minutes later. I didn't wake up till morning. The biggest test was if I felt groggy or not. I'm a stay-at-home mom that needs to be up and at 'em all day for my energetic three year old. I was happily relieved that I felt so rested! I would definitely recommend this product and will be purchasing it for future use.
